Dow brings 8 years of industry experience and over 20 years of leadership and management experience to lead the firm. As a Springfield native, Dow has been recognized for his leadership and community involvement, including being named to Springfield Business Journal’s 40 under 40, serving on the board of both Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks and Springfield Regional Arts Council, as well as serving as Chairman of the Board/Founder of Borrow My Angel, which focuses on mental health in the community. Dow is also a graduate of Leadership Springfield Class 38.
