The Mediacom network continues to play a key role in helping our customers as we push through this disruption - we are open for business. Mediacom has an infrastructure that was built to handle all the communication needs for the communities we serve, especially in an emergency.
With specific precautions set by the CDC, installations and service calls have not been interrupted. We are well equipped to perform upgrades, service calls or install Business Services into homes.
