Leadership Springfield Expands Board Leadership
Leadership Springfield has announced that Ryan Morris, Director of Talent Development at CoxHealth, has joined its Board of Directors. Morris is a proud graduate of Leadership Springfield’s Signature Class 43, was named one of Springfield Business Journal’s 2024 40 Under 40, and is actively involved in The Network for Springfield’s Young Professionals as a member of its Leadership Council.
“Leadership Springfield is at the intersection of my professional role and my personal passions. I’m excited about the opportunity to serve with an organization that not only invests in people but also channels that investment into meaningful community impact,” said Morris.
Morris joins three other community leaders who began their first year of board service this July: Haley Armstrong (Inclusion & Talent Acquisition Partner, Guaranty Bank), Mary Ling (Director of People Services, Amprod, LLC), and Zion Spurgeon (Vice President, Commercial Banking, Arvest Bank).
With the start of the 2025–2026 program year, the organization also welcomed a new Board Executive Committee:
President: Brad Coy, Senior Corporate Category Manager in the Defense Industry
Past President: Diana Tyndall, Owner of Modern Day Marketing
Vice President: Jana Greig, CEO-Elect of the Centerstone Foundation
Treasurer: Gretchen Russell, Shareholder at KPM CPAs & Advisors
Secretary: Dr. Spencer Harris, President of Mostly Serious and Co-Founder of Habitat Communication & Culture
“We are pleased to welcome Ryan to the board, along with the talented group of leaders who began their terms earlier this year. Their expertise and commitment to our community will strengthen Leadership Springfield’s impact for years to come.” Carrie Richardson, Executive Director
