Accounting Today partnered with Best Companies Group (BCG), an independent research firm, to conduct the survey. BCG leveraged a two-part process to create the list consisting of management and employer surveys.

KPM is ranked at number 40 in the Midsized Employer Category, which are those with 50-249 U.S. employees.
