Springfield, MO – KPM CPAs & Advisors (KPM) is pleased to announce the firm’s ranking among Accounting Today’s 2022 Best Firms to Work For.

Accounting Today partnered with Best Companies Group (BCG), an independent research firm, to conduct the survey. BCG leveraged a two-part process to create the list. The first part was an employer questionnaire, which evaluated the firm’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics and was approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey with approximately 77 statements employees responded to along with two open-ended and seven demographic questions, which totaled approximately 75% of the final evaluation.
