Jennifer Schatzer, CPA to Shareholder
Jennifer has more than 17 years of accounting experience and provides audit and tax services primarily to clients in the non-profit, education, and governmental industries. Her practice emphasis includes municipalities, counties, school districts, special districts, and non-profit organizations. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Missouri Society of CPAs (MOCPA), Association of Government Accountants, MOCPA Not-for-Profit Committee, and Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance. Jennifer graduated from Missouri State University with her B.S. degree
in Accounting.

Amanda McCafferty, CPA to Manager
Amanda has more than 17 years of accounting experience and provides tax services to clients in a variety of industries, including non-profit. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Missouri Society of CPAs. Amanda also is active in the community, currently serving as board treasurer of The Geek Foundation and having volunteered with the United Way of the Ozarks. She graduated from Missouri State University with her B.S. degree in Accounting as well as her MAcc degree.
Freddie Young, CPA to Manager
Freddie has more than seven years of accounting experience and provides audit services to clients in the financial institutions industry. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Missouri Society of CPAs (MOCPA), and Missouri Bankers Association’s Young Bankers Leadership Division. Freddie is a Leadership Springfield Class 39 graduate and also is active in the community, currently serving as chair for the MOCPA Southwest Chapter, member of the Nixa Community Foundation Board, and serving on the board of director of Least of These, Inc. Christian County Food Pantry. He graduated from Missouri State University with his B.S. degree in Accounting as well as his MAcc degree.

Mary Brune to Senior
Mary has more than four years of experience and provides audit services to clients in the non-profit and governmental industries. Her practice emphasis includes municipalities, counties, school districts, special districts, colleges, and non-profit organizations. Mary also is active in the community, having volunteered with the United Way of the Ozarks. She graduated from Missouri State University with B.S. degrees in Accounting and Computer Information Systems as well as M.A. and B.A. degrees in Religious Studies. Mary is currently pursuing her CPA certification.
Mykkah Buchanan, CPA to Senior
Mykkah has more than two years of experience and provides audit services to clients in the non-profit and governmental industries. Her practice emphasis includes colleges, school districts, municipalities, counties, special districts, and non-profit organizations. Mykkah is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Missouri Society of CPAs. She graduated from Missouri State University with her B.S. degree in Accounting.
Kort Farran, CPA to Senior
Kort has more than four years of accounting experience and provides accounting outsourcing services to clients in a variety of industries. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Missouri Society of CPAs. Kort graduated from Missouri State University with his B.S. degree in Accounting as well as his MAcc degree.
Marketing Supervisor
Sarah Thomas to Marketing Supervisor
Sarah has more than 16 years of experience in professional services marketing and assists with all aspects of the firm’s marketing, advertising, and communication strategy and execution. She is a member of the Association for Women in Communications, graduate of Leadership Springfield Access Class 7, and organizes and participates in the firm’s annual volunteer team for United Way of the Ozarks Day of Caring. Sarah graduated from Drury University with B.A. degrees in Advertising, Design Arts, and Public Relations.
