Springfield, MO – KPM CPAs & Advisors (KPM) is pleased to welcome our new human resources (HR) manager, Krystal Ray, PHR, SHRM-CP. Krystal joins KPM’s HR department and also serves as a member of the executive administration team. She previously served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at the City of Springfield.

Krystal M. Ray, PHR, SHRM-CP | Human Resources Manager
Krystal has more than 15 years of HR experience and oversees the administration of benefits, HR policies, programs, and services, legal compliance, employee relations, and employee practices for the firm. In addition, she will facilitate KPM’s performance management process and HR-related employee training. Krystal holds the Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute and Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional certifications. She graduated from Eastern Illinois University with her B.S. degree in Biology.
