Vicki M. MacDonald has been hired as the firm’s Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist. She joins KPM with 16 years of experience after previously serving as the Director of Student Engagement at Ozarks Technical Community College. Vicki leads the firm’s recruiting and employee retention initiatives; creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies and engaging internal initiatives to promote a progressive firm culture. She graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with her B.S. degree in Communication and Lindenwood University with her
M.A. degree in Education.

Kris G. Madewell rejoins the firm as our HR & Benefits Coordinator. She has 15 years of experience and is the primary point of contact for employees’ benefits-related questions or issues and helps coordinate the daily administration of the benefits and HR functions for the firm to help ensure compliance with all applicable laws. Kris graduated from Drury University with her B.A. degree in Psychology.

Austin R. Russo has been hired as a Staff Accountant with the firm. He provides tax services to clients in a variety of industries. Austin graduated from Rockhurst University with his B.S.B.A. degree in Accounting and is currently pursuing his CPA certification.

Katie A. Torbeck has been hired as a Staff Accountant after previously serving as an intern. She provides tax services
to clients in a variety of industries. Katie graduated from Missouri Baptist University with a B.S. degree in Accounting and is currently pursuing her MBA degree.
