Springfield, MO – KPM CPAs & Advisors (KPM) is pleased to announce that Jennifer L. Agnew, CPA and Jonathan G. Cummings, CPA, CGMA are the new co-leaders of the audit and assurance department, which is one of the firm’s largest practices. They replace Sean M. Balisle, CPA who now serves as managing shareholder.

Jennifer L. Agnew, CPA | Shareholder

Jennifer has more than 20 years of accounting experience and is the co-leader of the audit and assurance department. She provides accounting and audit services to clients primarily in the manufacturing, wholesale, and retail industries, as well as serves on the employee benefit plan team. Jennifer is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Missouri Society of CPAs, and Institute of Management Accountants and was recently named a Springfield Business Journal ‘Trusted Adviser.’ She also is involved in the community, serving on CASA of Southwest Missouri’s Finance Committee, a volunteer for United Way of the Ozarks, and former ambassador for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce. Jennifer graduated from Missouri State University with her B.S. degree in Accounting.

Jonathan G. Cummings, CPA, CGMA | Shareholder

Jon has more than 20 years of audit experience and is the co-leader of the audit and assurance department. He also helps lead the firm’s governmental team and primarily serves clients in the non-profit, education, and governmental industries. Jon’s practice emphasis includes municipalities, counties, school districts, charter schools, colleges, non-profit organizations, and special districts. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), Missouri Society of CPAs (MOCPA), Association of Government Accountants, MOCPA Audits of School Districts Committee, and former member of the MOCPA Governmental Accounting Committee. Jon also is involved in the community, formerly serving as a volunteer at The Arc of the Ozarks. He graduated from Arkansas State University with his B.S. degree in Accounting and his MBA degree. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Jon is an AICPA Chartered Global Management Accountant.
