Springfield, MO – KPM CPAs & Advisors (KPM) is excited to announce the following promotions:
- Josh Brock, CPA to Shareholder
- Gretchen Russell, CPA to Shareholder
- Meredith Bosso, CPA to Manager
- Will Koch, CPA to Senior

Shareholders
Josh Brock, CPA to Shareholder
Josh has more than 11 years of accounting experience and provides tax services to clients in a variety of industries. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Missouri Society of CPAs (MOCPA) where he currently is serving as the immediate past chair for the MOCPA Southwest Chapter, and The Network. Josh also is involved in the community, serving as treasurer on the board of the Hospice Foundation of the Ozarks and volunteering with United Way of the Ozarks and The Salvation Army of Springfield, MO. He graduated from Southwest Baptist University with his B.S degree in Accounting.
Gretchen Russell, CPA to Shareholder
Gretchen has more than 10 years of accounting experience and provides tax services to clients in a variety of industries, including non-profit. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Missouri Society of CPAs. Gretchen is a Leadership Springfield Class 38 graduate and also is active in the community, serving on the board of directors for Leadership Springfield, KVC Missouri’s Southwest Regional Council, and volunteering with United Way of the Ozarks. She graduated from Missouri State University with her B.S. degree in Accounting.
Manager
Meredith Bosso, CPA to Manager
Meredith has more than 13 years of accounting experience and provides accounting outsourcing and tax services to clients in a variety of industries. She also provides tax planning and preparation services related to trusts, estate planning, and gifts. Meredith is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Missouri Society of CPAs. She is a Leadership Springfield Class 37 graduate and also is active in the community, serving as a member of the Community Foundation of the Ozarks Professional Advisors Council, Leadership Springfield Finance Committee, and Junior League of Springfield, MO (JLS). Meredith is a board member of the Greene County Estate Planning Council, board secretary of Ozarks Counseling Center, and club service director on the board of Rotary Club of Springfield Southeast. She graduated from Missouri State University with her B.S. degree in Accounting as well as her MAcc degree and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Senior
Will provides audit services to clients in the non-profit and governmental industries. His practice emphasis includes school districts, municipalities, counties, colleges, special districts, and non-profit organizations. Will also is active in the community, having volunteered with United Way of the Ozarks. He graduated from Southwest Baptist University with his B.S. degree in Accounting and Information Assurance.
