Marcinkowski, a staff accountant with the firm, has recently completed all parts of the certified public accounting (CPA) examination and earned her CPA license. The CPA designation, awarded by the American Institute of CPAs, signifies that the education, examination, and experience requirements for licensure have been met.

Kaia has more than two years of experience and provides audit services to clients in the non-profit and governmental industries. Her practice emphasis includes counties, school districts, municipalities, special districts, colleges, and non-profit organizations. Kaia also is active in the community, having volunteered with the United Way of the Ozarks. She graduated from Iowa State University with her B.S. degree in Accounting.
