Springfield, MO – KPM CPAs & Advisors (KPM) is pleased to announce the following staff promotions:
Supervisors
Leslie J. Conklin, CPA to Supervisor
Leslie has nearly four years of accounting experience and provides audit services to clients in a variety of industries including non-profit. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Missouri Society of CPAs. Leslie also is active in the community, having volunteered with United Way of the Ozarks and Cents of Pride and formerly as the founding member and treasurer of SPD Wives and chair of its adopt-a-caseworker committee. She graduated from Missouri State University with her B.S. degree in Accounting and from Drury University with her B.A. degree in Communication.
Amanda J. McCafferty, CPA to Supervisor
Amanda has more than 15 years of accounting experience and provides tax services to clients in a variety of industries including non-profit. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Missouri Society of CPAs. Amanda also is active in the community, having volunteered with the United Way of the Ozarks. She graduated from Missouri State University with her B.S. degree in Accounting as well as her MAcc degree.

Madison B. Moore, CPA to Senior
Madison has more than one year of experience and provides audit services to clients in the non-profit and governmental industries. Her practice emphasis includes municipalities, counties, school districts, special districts, colleges, and non-profit organizations. Madison is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Missouri Society of CPAs. She also is active in the community, having volunteered with the United Way of the Ozarks. Madison graduated from College of the Ozarks with her B.S. degree in Accounting.
Rachel F. Owen to Senior
Rachel has more than seven years of experience and provides accounting outsourcing and payroll services to clients in a variety of industries. She also serves as the receptionist of the firm’s Branson office location and maintains its day-to-day operations. Rachel graduated from Bethel University with a B.S. degree in Accounting as well as her MBA degree.
Careena E. Wagner to Senior
Carrie has more than 20 years of experience and provides accounting outsourcing and payroll services to clients in a variety of industries. She is a member of the Missouri Society of Accountants. Carrie also is involved in the community, having volunteered with United Way of the Ozarks, Cents of Pride, and The Salvation Army of Springfield, MO’s Red Kettle Campaign. She graduated from Iowa Wesleyan College with a B.S. degree in Accounting and is a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor.
Ross R. Wiseman to Senior
Ross has more than two years of experience and provides audit services to clients in the non-profit and governmental industries. His practice emphasis includes municipalities, counties, school districts, special districts, colleges, and non-profit organizations. Ross is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Missouri Society of CPAs. He also is active in the community, having volunteered with the United Way of the Ozarks. Ross graduated from Missouri State University with his B.S. degrees in Accounting and Marketing.
