Josh Clair Named Director of Competitive Employment at Imagine Technical Institute
Hollister, Mo., March 31, 2026 — Imagine Technical Institute (ITI), a nonprofit providing employment-related services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, has announced that Josh Clair has joined the organization as Director of Competitive Employment.
In his new role, he will support ITI’s mission by working closely with participants and partners to expand opportunities and deliver impactful programming.
“Josh’s enthusiasm for helping others succeed makes him a great fit for ITI,” said Matt Jannings, Chief Program Officer of Employment Services. “We are excited to have him on board and confident he will make a positive impact on the individuals and communities we serve.”
Clair brings a strong background in workforce development and leadership, along with a deep passion for creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities. As a father to a child with Down syndrome, he has witnessed firsthand the importance of opportunity and inclusion.
“The reason I joined ITI was that I believe in the mission,” Clair said. “Having a son with special needs, I find it inspiring to be able to advocate for individuals with disabilities. Everyone deserves an equal chance to participate in life. Whether that be school, employment, sports, or anything else—everyone deserves a chance to participate and thrive.”
Clair joins ITI at a pivotal time as the organization continues to strengthen its foundation and expand its impact across the region.
