The BBB Torch Award for Ethics recognizes businesses and organizations in our community that meet the highest standard of trust.

Businesses and nonprofits of all sizes are welcome to apply for the BBB Torch Award for Ethics. The application process is a unique opportunity that gives organizations the time to self-reflect and analyze all aspects of their business through an ethical lens.

The outstanding recipients of this award demonstrate their focus on the four C’s:

• The Character of their leadership
• How they foster an authentic Culture
• Their transparent relationship with Customers
• Their impact in the local Community

Each year, we celebrate these role models and commend their commitment to ethical leadership and business practices.

For-profit, 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6) non-profit organizations of all sizes located within BBB serving Southwest & Eastern Missouri & Southern Illinois service area may apply. 

• BBB Accreditation is not required
• Applicants must have been in business for at least three years
• Applicants are not eligible if they have received a Torch Award in the past three years
