Are you excited about helping the local church join forces to proclaim good news to the poor, freedom for the prisoners, recovery of sight for the blind, and set the oppressed free (Luke 4:18)? Help the Springfield community connect their passions for local missions, addiction recovery, and opportunities for people leaving homelessness with boots-on-the-ground methods of support.

You can help the Springfield community identify with problems surrounding homelessness, addiction, incarceration, and poverty that plague our city, and help them see that no life is beyond repair. Victory Mission helps people become independent and gives them tools to rebuild their lives. Be a mouthpiece for the organization and help inspire lasting change. After all, lifelong Victory is for everyone. In this role, the Volunteer Manager serves as a liaison between Victory programming and community members who want to join the Victory team as a volunteer. You can build meaningful relationships, organize events, and serve alongside volunteers. The Volunteer Manager also provides administrative assistance to the Advancement department, with office and fundraising support, database management and reporting, event logistics and volunteer stewardship efforts. Paramount to this position is the ability to work with a high degree of independence, and juggle various projects at once, while maintaining a clear view of how each project supports the organization’s mission.
