Job Summary
This job performs tasks related to the oversight of retail and branch operations. This will include managing OMB’s online account opening platform, assisting customers with account related questions and needs, providing branch support for bank employees, daily review and processing of teller batches, assisting with the deployment of new products and services, resolving system issues with teller and new account platforms, assisting with regulatory and compliance activities, and performing teller and personal banker duties in a branch as needed.
Primary Location/Schedule:
- Hybrid work environment; weekly schedule requires a combination of on-site and home office hours.
- On-site: 3110 S Delaware Ave, Springfield MO 65804
- 8:00 pm - 6:00 pm Monday – Friday; occasional additional hours as needed
- Full-time – 40 hours per week average
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain a home office that provides a secure and confidential environment for work activities.
- A minimum of three years in retail banking including teller transactions and new accounts
- Prior experience in a retail or deposit operations role preferred
- Advanced knowledge of deposit regulations and fraud mitigation preferred
- Prior experience with Jack Henry Silverlake, CPI Instant Issue, and Narmi platforms preferred
