This position supports the Development Department’s overall goal of resourcing the Springfield Corps by maintaining an awareness of needs (needs coordination) and focusing on identifying, recruiting, cultivating, and managing volunteers (volunteer coordination) for our various programs, securing gift-in-kind donations, and identifying, recruiting, cultivating vendors who provide services that save the Army operating dollars and overseeing the Red Kettle Campaign. Position supervises volunteers.
