Driver Recruiter - Full Time

Job Summary

TransLand is seeking a Recruiter to support our driver hiring efforts. This position is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding qualified driver candidates while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. The Recruiter will represent the TransLand brand with consistency, accuracy, and a strong focus on compliance throughout the hiring process. 

Key Responsibilities

-Promote the TransLand experience by effectively communicating our culture, benefits, and opportunities to prospective drivers. 

-Proactively source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.

-Screen and qualify applicants, conduct phone interviews, and assess alignment with company requirements.

-Maintain accurate candidate records within our applicant tracking system while ensuring compliance.

-Strong ability to close - skilled at asking strategic questions, addressing concerns, and securing candidate commitments.

-Proactive and self-motivated

-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect quickly and build trust.

-Team-oriented, receptive to feedback, and collaborative in achieving departmental and organizational goals.

-Results-focused

Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00 pm
