Paraprofessional
KPM is currently seeking a Paraprofessional to join our Audit Department. This position will perform a variety of accounting and administrative work and plays a vital role in helping the success of audit teams. The ideal candidate will possess the talents and skills necessary to anticipate and respond to the needs of the department and will be comfortable performing a wide variety of job tasks, often balancing multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate should be a motivated, self-starter who works well in a deadline-driven environment.

Job Duties May Include:
- Input and organization of trial balances
- Work with audit teams and client personnel to request and obtain audit documentation
- Organize audit documentation, such as third party confirmations, cash reconciliations, accounts payable, or fixed assets for processing by audit personnel
- Assist in maintaining positive client relationships
- Respond timely to internal team and client requests
- Effectively and efficiently complete special projects as assigned by management
- Provide assistance and help coordinate audit engagements
- Cross-train on other administrative functions

Qualifications:
- Introductory accounting and business courses, College degree preferred
- Proficient with Word and Excel
- 5 plus years’ experience, preferably in a professional business environment
