Inside Sales Agent

Your job responsibilities may include:

  • Qualifying leads: Once you have generated leads, you will need to qualify them to determine if they are a good fit for the company and whether they are ready to buy or sell.
  • Building rapport: You will need to build a rapport with potential clients by actively listening to their needs and developing a relationship based on trust and understanding.
  • Educating clients: You will need to educate potential clients on the buying or selling process, market trends, and the services your company offers.
  • Conducting consistent follow-ups with leads.
  • Setting appointments: Once a lead has been qualified and is ready to move forward, you will need to set up appointments for them to meet with a real estate agent.
  • Updating databases: You will need to update customer information and maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients.
  • Collaborating with the team: You will work closely with the real estate agents, marketing team, and other members of the sales team to ensure that everyone is working together towards common goals.

The main goal is to build a pipeline of qualified leads and ultimately help agents to increase their sales and revenue.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
