Job Title: General Manager – Focus on Production, HR Management, and Critical Path Coordination

Jordan Essentials is seeking a General Manager with a strong background in production/ manufacturing, human resource management, and critical path coordination to join our team in Nixa, Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, managing the HR team, and coordinating the critical path for our manufacturing operations.

 Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement production strategies that optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Manage the HR team and oversee all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.

Develop and maintain a positive and productive workplace culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Coordinate the critical path for manufacturing operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
 Oversee all aspects of production, including scheduling, quality control, and supply chain management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including production efficiency, quality metrics, and HR-related metrics.
 Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including safety and environmental standards.

 Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, production management, or human resources.
 5+ years of experience in production management, with a focus on process improvement and supply chain management.
 3+ years of experience in HR management, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
 Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
 Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
 Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and best practices.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software, such as ERP and MRP systems.
