We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. We are an online bath and body company. and as the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of customer service operations, with a particular focus on supporting our direct sales representatives and customers. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain excellent relationships with our sales representatives, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Direct Sales Representative Support: Collaborate closely with our direct sales representatives and ensure exceptional customer service experiences.

· Customer Issue Resolution: Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to align customer service strategies with overall business objectives. Provide input and feedback to improve processes and enhance the customer journey.

· Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service, sales representative support, and customer satisfaction. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 5 years proven experience as Customer Service Manager

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and sales representatives

- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with a customer-centric mindset

- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making

- Proficiency in customer service software and systems, such as CRM tools

- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Knowledge of bath and body products is a plus, but not required
