Coordinator, Student Success Initiatives
Missouri State University is accepting applications for a Coordinator, Student Success Initiatives. Responsibilities: The Coordinator, Student Success Initiatives directs student success initiatives in the Academic Advising and Transfer Center, including the BEAR (Building Early Academic Readiness) Launch program, a summer bridge program for students who would not otherwise be admissible to Missouri State University. The Coordinator, Student Success Initiatives advises students who are admitted through the individual review/exceptions process throughout the year. The Coordinator, Student Success Initiatives carries an advising load of individual review and undeclared majors, assisting assigned students in the development of academic plans appropriate for their stated educational goals, guiding exploratory students in the selection of academic majors, and directing students to resources within the University that provide assistance in making career/academic major program choices, as appropriate.
