We are seeking a highly organized and forward-focused individual to join our team as our Client Concierge. 

Here are few details regarding the position: 

~ This position is part time. 

~ It is essential to understand that this is a fast paced Medical Spa that sees a high volume of clientele daily. 

~ Multitasking and exceptional customer service skills are imperative. 

~ This position includes but not limited to managing appointments for multi provider schedules and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. 

~ Managing a high volume of inbound calls, answering client questions about services, products, and pricing. 

~ Check in and check out process including payments, clients records, and sending consult forms. 

~ Managing FB and IG social media platform along with messages would be part of the job description. 

~ Teamwork and autonomy are a must. 

~ Knowledge in aesthetic medicine is a plus.
