Each year, the Springfield Chamber hosts an annual Community Leadership Visit to learn best practices from another community that will benefit our own city and region. This trip occurs in the fall each year. Please complete this form to submit your interest in receiving an invite. The completion of this form does not guarantee attendance.

I agree that if selected to participate, I am willing and able to submit complete payment for the trip at least two months prior to departure.  

I agree that if selected to participate, I am willing to pay a cancelation fee of 25% of the trip cost if I cancel within 60 days of the trip date, and a 50% cancelation fee within 14 days of the trip date. Any cancelations within three (3) business days are nonrefundable, barring any extenuating circumstances.
