Website Community Leadership Visit Interest Form

Each year, the Springfield Chamber hosts an annual Community Leadership Visit to learn best practices from another community that will benefit our own city and region. This trip occurs in the fall of each year with location and dates announced in the first quarter of the year.

Please complete this form to submit your interest in receiving the formal trip invite, which will be sent by email in the spring of the trip year. The completion of this form only adds your name to the invite email list - it does not guarantee attendance. 

By completing this form, you will receive the trip invitation and can complete your request to attend at that time.

I agree that if selected to participate, I am willing and able to submit complete payment for the trip, which covers all trip expenses, at least two months prior to departure.

I agree that if selected to participate, I am willing to pay a cancelation fee of 25% of the trip cost if I cancel within 60 days of the trip date, and a 50% cancelation fee within 14 days of the trip date. Any cancelations within three (3) business days are nonrefundable, barring any extenuating circumstances.
