The health care landscape continues to evolve at a rapid pace, shaped by innovation, workforce demands, and shifting community needs. The 2026 SBDC Health Care Outlook will provide a timely look at the priorities and strategies shaping the future of health care in our region.

This year’s program will feature a dynamic, fast-paced format inspired by TED-style talks. Leaders from a cross-section of health care organizations — including major health systems, educational institutions, and community-based providers — will each deliver brief, focused updates on their organization’s current priorities and future outlook.

Attendees will gain insight into key trends such as expanding access to care, investments in specialized services like pediatrics, and collaborative efforts to strengthen the health care workforce pipeline. The program will also highlight the growing importance of partnerships between providers and educators in preparing the next generation of health care professionals.

Rather than a traditional panel discussion, this format offers a series of concise, high-impact perspectives—giving attendees a broader understanding of where health care is headed and what it means for our business community.
