2026 SBDC Annual Meeting

Description

The SBDC Annual Meeting will feature a timely and engaging conversation with Michelle Hataway, Director of the Missouri Department of Economic Development, and Jeff Pinkerton, Director of Economic Research for the Missouri Department of Economic Development. Together, they will highlight the momentum building in Springfield and the surrounding region, placing local progress within the broader statewide economic landscape.

This discussion will offer insights into how Missouri is strengthening its economy through data-driven decision-making, strategic investment, and cross-sector collaboration. Attendees will hear perspectives on building resilient communities, supporting business growth through changing economic conditions, and the critical role partnerships play in turning vision into results.

The program will leave participants with a clearer understanding of where our region is headed and how collaboration among public, private, and nonprofit leaders continues to fuel sustainable growth.

This event is open to all SBDC Investors and Chamber members. Doors open at 11:00 am, with the program beginning at 11:30 am.
