Description

This is a networking, relationship building, and leadership opportunity for women who work to make Springfield a better place. It targets businesswomen, non-profit volunteers, committee members, female elected officials, and special guests. This event is a celebration of community engagement for women who have given their time and expertise to grow local businesses and companies, and expand leadership capacity in our region. The prestigious International ATHENA Leadership Award will be presented to a deserving person in our community. This event will take place on March 18, 2026.
